• Work and oversee all video, tech, and data resources at AA affiliate
• Provide advance scouting and game planning by synthesizing relevant video and generating data reports to identify competitive advantages
• Operate and manage Hawk-Eye, TrackMan, Trajekt, Edgertronic, high-speed cameras, etc. during on-field work (bullpens, batting cages, team defense, etc.) and games
• Process, tag, and validate all video & ensure accurate alignment with corresponding data before uploading to internal systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to improve workflow efficiency
• Coordinate player goals and progress tracking in collaboration with Player Development, High Performance, and R&D departments
• Assist in player transfers and logistics throughout the season
• Capture, manage, and publish 50+ hours of high-quality game and practice footage per week for player development and staff review & analysis
• Operate on-field tech, such as portable TrackMan units and edgertronic cameras (high-speed footage), to support performance science data collection and improve player mechanics
• Prepare pre-game advance scouting video (e.g. starter pitcher, pickoffs, etc.) and information for coaches and players to help with opponent prep for game planning
• Collaborate with coaching staff, coordinators, and front office to execute strategic initiatives
• Travel with affiliate team, overseeing transportation and setup of video and tracking technology
• Participate in intern development program, including project work and Q&A sessions with front office personnel
• Assist with player logistics and day-to-day operations
